MOAA is an independent, nonprofit, and nonpartisan association representing U.S. uniformed service officers, their families, and surviving spouses. MOAA advocates with Congress and federal agencies to preserve and protect earned military benefits and quality of life, while also offering education, leadership resources, and support services to its members.
