Military Spouse Transition Network (MSTN)

Description

The State of Ohio is a member of the National Association of State Personnel Executives (NASPE) MSTN. The program activates when a military spouse receives notification of a Permanent Change of Station for their spouse and notifies the Ohio Department of Administrative Services' Office of Talent Management of their desire to participate in the program.
