State of Delaware’s Military Spouse Transition Network (MTSN)

Description

MTSN is available to all identified military spouses working for state government agencies in National Association of State Personnel Executives member states. The program activates when a military spouse/state employee receives notification of a Permanent Change of Station. The program delivers career services resources such as resume building, skills translation, and informal contacts to support military spouse re-employment.
