Description

The Army designed the EFMP to be a comprehensive, coordinated, multi-agency program that provides community support, housing, medical, educational, and personnel services to military Families with an EFM. This site focuses on medical enrollment criteria, enrollment procedures, Family Member Travel Screening (FMTS), overseas screening requirements, forms, and contact information for EFMP medical offices.
