Reyna Worthy is the inspiring founder of The Desk of a Navy Wife™, a platform dedicated to empowering military spouses through storytelling, resources, and community. What began as a heartfelt blog has evolved into a thriving podcast and movement that amplifies the voices of military spouses—creating spaces where they are seen, celebrated, and supported.

Through her work, Reyna has built deep grassroots connections in her local community, hosting events and appreciation giveaways that remind spouses of their immense value. Looking ahead, she is preparing to host Empowerment Leads: A Military Spouse Summit™ on May 16–17, 2026—a national virtual event equipping spouses with tools for success in Work | MilLife | Balance™.

A trailblazer in her field, Reyna was selected as one of only ten spouses nationwide for the Military Spouse Leadership Initiative Cohort, proudly representing as the first Navy spouse chosen. Her story and mission have also been featured in Military Families Magazine, further shining a light on the importance of uplifting the military spouse community.
