Hailey Levasseur is a passionate advocate dedicated to helping military spouses find meaningful employment overseas. Understanding the unique challenges that come with frequent moves and life abroad, Hailey created a Facebook community to connect spouses with local job openings, share resume and interview tips, and offer guidance on navigating the overseas employment landscape.

What began as a simple idea has quickly grown into a thriving group of nearly 200 members at Spangdahlem—an invaluable resource where spouses not only discover opportunities but also gain the confidence and skills to pursue them. Beyond posting jobs, Hailey goes the extra mile to educate others, teaching them how to tailor resumes, understand hiring systems, and approach each opportunity with clarity and purpose.

Her dedication doesn’t stop there. She even designed a detailed pamphlet walking newcomers through the local job search process, making employment more accessible to all. With a rich background in teaching, instructional coaching, employment navigation, and environmental training program management, Hailey brings both expertise and heart to her work.

Through her leadership and passion, Hailey is doing more than helping others find jobs—she’s helping them rediscover their purpose, confidence, and community, no matter where military life leads them.
